I wasn’t really sure what to expect ordering from gigipip.com, but the packaging was actually nice. The box felt sturdy, and everything showed up in good shape with nothing bent or crushed. It didn’t seem like they went overboard with a bunch of extra filler either, which I appreciated. It’s one of those small things that maybe shouldn’t matter that much, but it does when you’re ordering online. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with how it arrived.

I got my hat from gigipip.com and, surprisingly, I’m really happy with it. I know, a hat that looks the way it’s supposed to right out of the box, apparently it can happen.
The brim is just right. It’s not weirdly flat and it’s not doing that overly curved thing some hats insist on doing for no reason. It sits exactly how I hoped, so I don’t have to spend half the day adjusting it like it’s a full-time job.

The structure feels solid too, but thankfully not stiff in that uncomfortable, “why is this even on my head” kind of way. I’ve worn it a few times now and it still looks the same, which feels like a small miracle. I’d buy again.

The hat is cute and I liked how it looked, but after a few hours I was ready to take it off. It started pressing on my head and got kind of irritating. It’s not awful or anything, I just don’t have patience for a hat that isn’t softer inside.

I was told my exchange would be taken care of, but it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything. The whole returns process has been way more frustrating than it should be, especially after they made it sound like it would be quick and simple.

I popped in just to try on a few hats and had a really good experience. The staff was soooo nice and totally not pushy, which I appreciated. They helped me figure out the right size, and I ended up leaving with one I really love. Super cute place and just an easy, chill visit.

The colors were close to what I expected, so that part was fine. I just wish it had been a little more exact because I was kind of hoping to be done with it without having to second-guess everything.

The hats are definitely cute and the designs feel trendy, which I liked. Some of them just looked a little too stiff on me — maybe it’s my head shape, who knows. Still nice overall, just not totally my style or something I’d reach for all the time.

I got one of these hats as a gift and it was really cute in person. The tricky part was figuring out the sizing, since it wasn’t super clear to me how it would fit. My sister seemed to like it well enough, so that was good, but I’m not totally sure I’d order something like this again for someone else. It just made that part a bit harder than expected...

I ordered from GIGI PIP after seeing their hats pop up a few times, and I don’t know, I just kept coming back to that neutral western-ish look. The site was clean and easy to use, so finding the style I wanted wasn’t a whole thing.
The hat feels really nice in person and, it just works with simple outfits. It’s not too flashy, which I was a little worried about, but it gives that put-together look without trying too hard. I’m really happy with it.

The only downside was that I kind of felt ignored when I tried to get an update, like no one was really paying attention. Still, I’m happy with how fast they shipped it out...

i mean, the prices felt fair for what you get. It’s not the cheapest stuff out there, but the quality seems worth it and I definitely didn’t feel like I got ripped off. Shipping was fine too. I’d buy again if I found another style I liked

I really like the hat itself, but cleaning it has been a little frustrating. The care instructions are somewhat useful, but they don’t really explain what to do about stains, which feels like something that should be included. If you’re selling something people are going to wear regularly, it’s only fair to give clear guidance on how to take care of it.

I used to have better luck finding hats here, but this time almost everything I liked was sold out. I checked a few different styles and sizes and kept running into the same thing. Frustrating, so I ended up leaving without buying anything...

I really liked how the hat looked online, but once it arrived I was kind of let down. The shape seemed a little off, and the stitching around the band looked messy in a few spots. For what it costs, I expected it to feel better made. It’s wearable, but it doesn’t feel as nice as I hoped. Also, the constant reminder emails/texts were aggressive, which got annoying fast. I probably wouldn’t order another hat from them.

I’ve ordered from Gigi Pip a handful of times over the years, and I always end up coming back. The hats hold up really well and the styles are super easy to wear with pretty much anything. I even had a friend recommend them to me originally, and now I totally get why. Shipping was a little slow one time, so I’d give them 4 stars, but overall I trust the brand and will probably order again.
